This Legal Notice governs access to and use of the ChefGenius mobile application and any associated website, landing pages, promotional materials and services.

ChefGenius is an independent application developed and operated by BlueBrotherstech. The following operator details must be completed and kept up to date before final publication:

• Legal name or full name of the operator.
• Tax ID (NIF/CIF or equivalent).
• Registered / professional address.
• Contact email: hello@chefgenius.app
• Registry details, where applicable.

ChefGenius is an application designed to help users discover, adapt, organise and cook recipes, including AI-generated recipes, conversion of recipes from external sources, weekly meal planning, cooking robot comparisons, nutritional analysis and related functions.

The service may provide content, recommendations, analyses and outputs generated in whole or in part by artificial intelligence systems. The service is informational, assistive and decision-support in nature and does not replace human judgement, personal supervision, or, where applicable, specialist professional advice.

Access to and use of ChefGenius confers the status of user and implies acceptance of this Legal Notice and any other applicable terms, policies or legal texts.

The user agrees to use the application diligently, in accordance with the law, good faith, public order and these terms. In particular, the user shall refrain from:

• Using the application for unlawful, fraudulent or third-party-infringing purposes.
• Introducing content, data or instructions that could alter, damage, overload or compromise the security of the service.
• Making abusive, automated or unauthorised use of the application's features.
• Relying on the outputs of the application without adequate supervision, verification and judgement for the specific case.

ChefGenius may generate recipes, instructions, suggestions, conversions, comparisons, nutritional analyses, images or other content using artificial intelligence systems. The user expressly acknowledges and accepts that:

• AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, inaccuracies, incomplete results or recommendations not adapted to all circumstances;
• recipes, times, temperatures, speeds, quantities, ingredient substitutions, cooking-robot instructions, nutritional calculations and any other output generated must be reviewed and validated by the user before real use;
• use of any recipe, instruction or recommendation offered by the application is at the sole responsibility and decision of the user;
• ChefGenius does not warrant that AI-generated recipes or recommendations are accurate, complete, safe, fit for any particular purpose, compatible with every ingredient variant or suitable for every person;
• it is the user's responsibility to check allergens, intolerances, dietary restrictions, food-storage state, food safety, suitability of the cooking robot used and any other relevant circumstance before preparing, consuming or sharing a recipe.

AI-generated content is orientative and does not constitute professional medical, dietary, nutritional, technical or food-safety advice.

Any nutritional information, health scores, insights, improvement recommendations or personalised analyses displayed in ChefGenius are for informational and orientative purposes only.

Such information does not replace the assessment of a physician, dietitian-nutritionist, pharmacist, healthcare specialist or other qualified professional. In case of allergies, intolerances, medical conditions, pregnancy, specific nutritional needs or any relevant health condition, the user must consult a professional before following any recommendation displayed by the application.

ChefGenius shall not be liable for dietary decisions, health problems, adverse reactions, preparation errors, poor food storage or damages arising from the use of recipes or recommendations displayed in the application.

ChefGenius may allow the user to select brands and models of cooking robots to adapt recipes, times, speeds, accessories, steps or functional comparisons.

However, the compatibility shown by the application is purely informational and may vary depending on the exact model, version, available accessories, firmware, configuration, appliance wear, market or manufacturer updates.

The user is solely responsible for verifying, before actual use, that the parameters suggested by the application are appropriate for their specific cooking robot, its accessories and the recipe they wish to execute. ChefGenius does not warrant universal compatibility or the absence of adaptation errors between recipes and robots.

ChefGenius is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or authorised by Thermomix, Vorwerk, Lidl, Cecotec, Moulinex, Bosch or any other brand, manufacturer or distributor of cooking robots that may be mentioned within the application or associated materials.

All trade names, registered trademarks, logos, models and product names belong to their respective owners.

References to third-party brands, manufacturers or models are made solely for descriptive, identifying, informational and objective-comparison purposes, to allow users to select their cooking robot, understand service compatibility or compare functional features — in accordance with the descriptive use of third-party marks permitted by Spanish law and case law, provided such use complies with honest practices in industrial or commercial matters.

Under no circumstances does the use of such references imply commercial relationship, licence, authorisation, official distribution, business association or endorsement by the holders of the mentioned brands.

It is expressly forbidden to interpret the application's content as if ChefGenius were an official service of any of those brands or as if its comparisons constituted disparaging or misleading advertising against third parties.

Product comparisons, datasheets, functional descriptions or ratings shown by the application are prepared based on available information, internal criteria and, where applicable, automated processing. Such comparisons may be outdated or fail to reflect variations by country, edition, accessories, hardware revisions or firmware updates.

ChefGenius does not warrant the accuracy, completeness or permanent updating of all comparative information published. Users must verify critical information with official sources before making purchase, use or equipment-replacement decisions.

The application's design, code, structure, interface, databases, original text, graphic elements, selection and arrangement of content, own names, distinctive signs, documentation and other service elements — except those belonging to third parties — are protected under applicable intellectual and industrial property laws.

No right of exploitation, reproduction, distribution, transformation, public communication, extraction, reuse or making available beyond what is strictly necessary for the personal and lawful use of the service is granted to the user.

Where ChefGenius allows publishing of recipes, images, ratings, comments, profiles, usernames or other content, the user warrants that they hold the rights, authorisations or licences necessary to share such content.

The user shall be solely responsible for the content they contribute and shall hold the ChefGenius operator harmless from third-party claims arising from such content, including claims for infringement of intellectual property, right to honour, privacy, image rights, unfair competition or any other rights.

ChefGenius may remove, moderate, block or delete user content when it detects signs of unlawfulness, infringement of rights, risk to third parties or breach of these terms.

ChefGenius is provided "as is" and as available. The operator does not warrant continuous, absolute or uninterrupted availability of the service, nor the total absence of errors, downtime, interruptions, delays, vulnerabilities or technical incidents.

The operator may modify, suspend, update, limit or discontinue temporarily or permanently, in whole or in part, the application's features for technical, maintenance, legal, security, commercial or service-improvement reasons.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ChefGenius and its operator disclaim any liability for direct or indirect damages arising from:

• the use of, or inability to use, the application;
• the user's reliance on AI-generated results, recipes or recommendations;
• errors in times, steps, conversions, robot parameters, substitutions or nutritional calculations;
• damages arising from improper preparation, mishandling of food or incorrect use of appliances;
• decisions taken solely on the basis of the information provided by the application;
• content contributed by third parties or users;
• technical incidents, attacks, software bugs, network failures or service interruptions.

Nothing in this Legal Notice shall limit rights that cannot be lawfully excluded or restricted under consumer-protection law or any other applicable mandatory rule.

The application may include links, integrations or references to third-party websites, services, content, APIs, app stores, payment gateways or platforms.

ChefGenius does not control and assumes no liability for the content, availability, security, legal terms or privacy policies of such third parties. Access to external services is at the user's own risk and subject to the applicable third-party terms.

Processing of personal data in the context of ChefGenius is governed by the corresponding Privacy Policy, which shall be made available separately or complementarily to this Legal Notice.

The operator reserves the right to modify this Legal Notice at any time to adapt to regulatory, case-law, technical, commercial or functional changes. The applicable version shall be the one published from time to time within the application or via authorised official channels.

If any clause of this Legal Notice is declared void, invalid or unenforceable, such nullity shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall remain fully effective to the extent permitted by law.

This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law.

Unless consumer-protection rules provide otherwise, any dispute arising from access to, use of or interpretation of ChefGenius shall be submitted to the courts of the operator's domicile or, where applicable, the competent courts under mandatory rules.
